West Point Rod and Gun Club has been in existence since 1948. The club has several divisions each with its own style of shooting or fishing.

ALL SHOOTING ON THE RANGE REQUIRES THE PRESENCE OF AN AUTHORIZED RANGE OFFICER -- YOU MUST ALSO HAVE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION.

Cowboy Action Shooting takes place on the second Sunday of each month Signups are at 8:30 AM at the old Taylor Park Range 722 N Rail Road Flat Road. Buffalo Runners Black Power on the Saturday afternoon before the second Sunday of each month Sign in at 3:00PM. We also offer informal rifle or pistol shooting on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 9:30 AM.

The West Point Archers maintains a separate shooting facility at the old Simpson Ranch at the end of Simpson Road in Rail Road Flat.
